BVC Structured Workout - Point-a-lap Drill


Nice workout today. Three point-a-lap drills. Pace line maintains about 36-38kph, man on front goes at best speed until he catches up. Next person on front goes.

Typically about 50 seconds to 1.5 minutes depending on sprint speed and how fast the pace line is going.
