Computrainer - 3 minute hills


Adnan's 3 minute hills again... followed by 7kTT and cooldown with 3m easyloop.

Some small intensity doses... It's awkward to push hard between the ribs and only being able to hold on with one hand...

Shoulder feels reasonably comfortable, but far too soon to use it for anything more than switching gears...
