Once in awhile it's allright to splurge but honestly these temptations can be avoided.<BR/><BR/>For myself what I did is made a <B>SMART</B> goal. A long term one... but part of it are small goals for the day, the week, the month that all add up towards this larger goal. This really makes me think about my decisions and makes me focus and not fall in to the sweet stuff.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
