Structured workout at the track, 3x3, three laps at VO2Max, three laps recovery, repeat 6-8 times. Rest, repeat...

Actually did 9 and 13 reps, with a couple 4x4 thrown in to get some times over a minute (so WKO+ would see best of 60 seconds etc.)
